Commercial
The commercial branch of Barker Construction Group is an extension of Barker & Lovette Construction. Barker & Lovette was established in 1994 and has been active in the Triangle market with commercial development (design-build and build-to-suit), fit-ups, and multi-family housing projects. Our main strategy is being a value-added partner with a turn-key approach to every project. Our team has been developing and building in the Triangle market since 1986. We have decades of experience in the real estate and construction industry spanning sales, investments, development, property management and general construction.
